Don't front like the thought hasn't crossed your mind. Would you really be surprised if it turned out Usain Bolt was on the juice? I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now. I'm not saying he's juiced but Carl Lewis is.
Speaking to Sports Illustrated, Lewis said,
“When people ask me about Bolt I say he could be the greatest athlete of all time. But for someone to run 10.03 one year and 9.69 the next, if you don’t question that in a sport that has the reputation it has right now, you’re a fool. Period.”The Times of London calls Lewis' comments incendiary but he does have a point. Granted Bolt hasn't tested positive for anything yet but that is a huge time reduction.
Lewis also calls out Jamaica's drug testing setup.
“I’m proud of America right now because we have the best random and most comprehensive drug-testing programme. Countries like Jamaica do not have a random programme, so they can go months without being tested. No one is accusing Bolt, but don’t live by a different rule and expect the same kind of respect. How dare anybody feel that there shouldn’t be scrutiny, especially in our sport?”There it is. Usain Bolt has been called out. Will anything come of this? Unlikely. Will it result in increased scrutiny? Who knows. Track and field is lucrative but it could also use a big name star personality like Usain Bolt. The danger is that increased positive drug tests especially from stars could end up tainting the sport. All one needs to do is take a look at the public image of cycling.
Lewis better watch out. The Jamaicans might send Screwface after him. "Him dead and him don't even know it!" One could also say it takes a fool to know a fool. His acting and singing make him a prime candidate for an electrified fooling machine.

Her rise was meteoric - she also was so juiced, she died forty years before her time...
Carl Lewis ran 10.67 in 1979 as an 18 year old & 10.21 the next year. Pretty comparable to Bolt's improvement.
carl lewis needs to answer the question " how could he overnight improve his performance in the long jump competition at the 1996 olympics to win the gold medal, and is now questoning usain bolts improvement over the period of one year" He (Carl Lewis) struggled to gain the 3rd spot at the american trials by just 2cm over the 4th place finisher. He struggled in the preliminary round at the olympics. He had just one more jump to do before he would have been eliminated. The next day he came back an did a gold medal winning jump. He did not have to jump again and won the event by 20cm. Carl Lewis be very careful what you say you may open up a can of worms.
Carl Lewis should know about doping he has alot of unanswered questions about his meteoric performance in olympics -1996....take a look back on his day by day performance.Jamaicans have always done very well in sprint,but was always kept out by the juicers !! Go figure Carl...
Dope boy Carl Lewis seems to forgot his crack head performance singing the national anthem in 1993 NBA finals, him posing on the the front covers in high heels while waiting in the starting blocks. But not to be out done Lewis who wasn't liked by his own compatriots who often questioned his mental state and sexuality comes out questioning Usain Bolt flawless performance. Well Mr or Ms Lewis (whichever)you like, you seem to forget about your own career let me refresh your memory by flashback to 20 years to be exact , you testing postive once, twice and even thrice for banned substances and as I recalled your sorry ass excuse was, you didn't know these were ban substances in each cases, and to be pardoned (sheltered) by the facist facilitaters that is the USTAF and USOC who knowingly allowed your sorry ass to went on and competed against another dope fein Ben Johnson! And even then after it was announce that Ben had failed his drug test, you were the first and only athlete (hypocrite) to criticized him. You were always a very shallow inconceded and dispicable human being. Remember when you called for all American colleges not to accept caribbean athletes, because you had thought that weren't good enough. Well Dope Boy Lewis eat your words, the days of American domination is long over as the BALCO pharmacy is closed indefinitley. Think of all those clean atheletes who had trained for all those years and to be beaten by Dope feins like you and the BALCO customers and your 9 gold medals* deserved an asterick* just like Barry Bonds and others. In 96 when you had failed to make the sprint team you called your own teammates out as possible dopers, except yourself.
