ESPN Is Getting The Led Out
Can anyone explain to us why on ESPN video right now, you can watch a live performance of "Black Dog" by Led Zeppelin? We at the Deuce endorse any excuse to include a Led Zeppelin video into any blog post, but we must wonder, how is this AT ALL related to sports? Granted, it is quite a classic performance of the seminal band doing one of their most revered songs, but the fact remains that it has nothing to do with sports at all. They didn't even intercut the live video with sports moments. ESPN might be bringing back the E to their SPN it seems. In any case, enjoy the song and rare live performance caught on film, it'l probably stick with you most of your day.

i saw this exact same thing yesterday and was scratching my head as well.
i dont get it espn has been playing zepplin all night on monday night football i dont get it
i want to know what this new deal is between espn and zep its amazing
ditto. i couldnt hear game until second half (bowling), but just about every commercial break towards the end of the game, zeppelin was playing
very curious indeed, what is the connection?
also espn had zeppelin playing in the ultimate highlight in sports center sunday into monday morning.
They have no stake in the new release of the DVD Led has or their new tour and album? I wonder why they're hyping them up. Strange...
